and Replacement

We resurface and custom cut food grade high density polyethylene cutting boards in 3 steps:

  • Get in touch with you prior to visiting to set up the best time for us to come.
  • Plane the surface to reduce contamination (we don’t sand as this creates a rough surface, as opposed to a smooth surface, which allows bacteria to grow).
  • Boards are sanitized, labelled and returned to their proper department(s).

  • Remove & Resurface Our technicians will remove any cutting surfaces and bring them into our mobile workshop, where we’ll resurface on the spot!
  • Sanitize & Replace Once we’ve resurfaced your cutting boards / surfaces, we sanitize them to health department requirments, and replace them.
